OWNERSHIP AND PHOTO RIGHTS.

The Model agrees that the Photographs, the copyright in the
Photographs and all other rights in the Photographs reproductions thereof are the sole property of the Photographer. Though the model has free will with their photos, companies republishing, posting or using these images are to respect the copyright.

Ex: Dance wear brands using these images for their website without permission from the photographer.

SALES.

This agreement states that all sales are considered final. The amount of images received varies from 10-100. There is no exact amount of photos guaranteed. Refunds are only considered with photoshoot or store credit. Deposits are non refundable unless the cancelation is on the photographers part. 50% of the total photoshoot amount is due along with the additional $50.00 deposit the day of the sign up. Both are non refundable.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS. (MINORS & ADULTS)

The Model hereby consents to and authorizes the use of the Photographs by the Photographer and the Photographer's authorized representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns for any purpose
whatsoever including and without limitation: sale, reproduction in all media, publication, display, broadcast and exhibition for promotion, advertising, trade, art or illustration. The Model agrees that the Photographs may be used without further compensation for an unlimited time and that this Agreement is irrevocable.

CAPACITY

If the Model is an adult: I, the Model, warrant and represent that I am not a minor, and do have the legal age or status in my country to sign this Agreement and I am 18 years of age or older on the Photographs session date(s).
If the Model is a minor: PARENTAL AUTHORISATION. I warrant and represent that I am the parent or guardian of the Model above named. I understand English. I have read this authorization, release, and Agreement in full, prior to
its execution, and I am perfectly familiar with its contents This Agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs,
legal representatives, and assigns.
